ok, so your longing to enter a pokemon contest, but you don't know what to do? well this guide will help you!(hopefully) Introduction: In hearthome city is a different kind of Pokemon competition- a super contest. in stead of battling your pokemon against another trainers, your pokemon will be judged on its skills and talents. you must chooose between the divisions of, cute, cool, tough, beauty and smart.then there are three divisionsyou must compete in to earn points:
Appearance
Dance and
performance.
Appearance: You will be asked to dress up your pokemon according to the division (cute,cool, tough, smart, beauty). you have 60 seconds and have a limited number of accessories you can use.
Dance: There will be a pokemon in the lead. your job is to copy their steps (in time) by pressing up, down, left, or right. the leader will continuosly swap, until the round is over. when it is your turn, you must choose the steps. *hint: try to trick your opponents with your routine. try doing a move on the blue line.
Performance: In order from whose losing, to whose winning, each pokemon will choose an attack that resembles your theme. (cute, cool etc.) you will get points dependong on what attck you use. try to use your moves strategically, so that in the end, you earn more points.
There are also 4 ranks that you compete in. each time you win a contest, you go up a rank. the rank you are, will also determine the amount of accessories you can use in a contest. the ranks are: normal rank great rank ultra rank master rank
Winning a contest: when you win a contest, you wil be presented with a ribbon and a new exclusive accessory. Ribbons are handed out as tough ribbon, tough ribbon great, tough ribbon ultra, tough ribbon master etc. this is a table for you to use for the accessories(in order of ranks):
